By results of inspection of production and to acceptance tests which was carried out by representatives of the Transneft company PJSC “contour”- the main production site of Corporation “Splav” – is recognized completely ready to production of wells for pipelines for the Transneft company.
Work of the commission went during the whole week preceding a holiday of Day of the Mechanician. Careful check has affected production capacities of Corporation which are involved at production of a type of production, absolutely new to “Splav”. It is about wells for pipelines and a number of other large-size metalequipment which PJSC “Transneft” uses for ensuring control of operation of pipelines and restriction of unauthorized access to the control and measuring equipment.
Among the main objects of check – the new shop which is recently put into production after completion of large-scale “rearmament”. For its full complex of the modern production equipment “Splav” have directed about 100 million rubles to repair of the old production room and equipment. This large-scale project is implemented together with Administration of the Novgorod region – the relevant agreement between the head of the Novgorod region Andrey Nikitin and the CEO of Corporation “Splav” Alexander Sidorenko has been signed in May of the current year within the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. The ceremonial opening of the shop to which city heads and areas will be invited, is planned for the end of October of the current year.

– Our production is equipped with all necessary processing equipment and completely conforms to all requirements which Transneft imposes to producers of the equipment. We have undergone inspection of production – and it is the major step on the way to our entry into the market with a new type of production. The following stage – introduction of Corporation”Splav” with this production in the register of suppliers of main types of production of PJSC “Transneft” which will be accepted in the nearest future.
In the final act signed by the commission of “Transneft” is also noted that at production of wells for pipelines, wells for the underground shelter of plungers and other equipment of 100% of works, including monitoring procedure of quality of production, “Splav” carries out by own forces, without involvement of subcontract organizations.
Successful cooperation of “Splav” with the Transneft company transporting about 90% of all oil extracted in Russia has long-term history. Since 2007 for the largest Russian operator of trunk oil pipelines were made and delivered different equipment and accessories on the amount about 2 billion rubles.
